These are my take on the Fender Jazz bass pickups;  although they are a hotter version of the standard Jazz bass pickups. So if you're looking for something which is going to push your bass rig, give you full throaty tones without any pedals and still deliver on clarity and warmth, these may just be what you're looking for.
 
The Fibula bass pickups are made with plain enamelle wire, AlNiCo 5 pole pieces, and wax potted. When ordered as a set the neck position pickup is Reverse Wound, Reverse Polarity (RWRP). This means that when using both pickups together that you will get hum cancelling.
