The Old Bones Classic P90's are my take on the early P90's produced by Gibson guitars.
 
I have made these with AlNiCo 3 magnets and plain enamelle copper wire. These however have been partially wax potted to help reduce any microphonic feedback, while still retaining an open sound due to the free inner section of the coil.
 
A3 magnets have a wonderful sound and I'm sure you'll agree! They have medium string definition, with a slight boost to the lower mids with a crisp top end. This all stacks up to them having a soulful crunch with a vintage tone.
 
These have a DC resistance of around:
Neck: 8.0 Kohm
Bridge: 9.4 Kohm
