These are the Old Bones Original SC pickups, they have a flat (non-stagger) pole piece design with AlNiCo 5 magnets, a slight overwind, 43 AWG wire and a base plate on the bridge pickup.
 
The A5 magnets help to produce a tone, with slightly scooped mids, but full bottom and top ends. The base plate helps to boost the inductance of the bridge pickup which helps to make the mids more punchy. These pickups come wax potted as standard, with the middle pickup being Reverse Wound, Reverse Polarity (RWRP) so that you have noise cancelling in positions 2 & 4, each pickup is also balanced for its given position.
 
These features makes the Old Bones Hairline Fractures the perfect set if you're after something punchier than a classic 50's/60's inspired pickup set, which will give you stunning amounts of tones on tap, all the way from glassy cleans through to searing lead line for your solos. These pickups are perfectly balanced to work with each other, hum cancel in positions 2 & 4, and respond to your pick attack; all without losing any clarity and remaining open sounding throughout their range.
